Hurricane Isaias restoration

When Hurricane Isaias came ashore, our crews mobilized to the Gulf Coast and went to work restoring a major investor-owned utility's distribution system. Our linemen rolled that day and worked six straight days to get the lights back on.

This is the work that defines a line crew. Rain that doesn't quit, trees down across the primary, poles broken off at the ground, and darkness for most of every shift. Our guys climbed, cut, and rebuilt through all of it, day after day, and every one of them went home the way he came.

That's the standard: work hard, look out for the man next to you, and don't stop until the neighborhood has power again.
